Acme Lowcountry Kitchen - ISLE OF PALMS

Travis, our waiter, was outstanding. He provided excellent recommendations. This place is a must-visit when you're on Isle of Palms. I highly recommend trying the swordfish; it's an absolute highlight!

A must-visit if you're in Charleston! The food is incredible and offers a genuine Lowcountry culinary experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making for an easy dining outing on the Isle of Palms. The scenic drive across the IOP Connector enhances the whole experience! The service and management are exceptionally welcoming and attentive—Travis, in particular, ensures a laid-back meal. As a local, I can confidently say this place is the real deal!

This restaurant is a delightful spot just steps away from the water in Isle of Palms, South Carolina. I tried the pecan-crusted haddock, which was served with collard greens, pimento cheese grits, and bacon jam. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese, and everything was absolutely delicious! The key lime pie for dessert was fantastic as well. I wish I could have sampled more items from the menu. I’ll definitely be returning. Our waiter, Mitchell, provided excellent service.

We went on a holiday and of course they were very busy. We were told an hour wait, but ended up being 20 minutes. Very tolerable time! And the wait was worth it! Bloody Mary with Charleston mix started things off. Farmers omelet asked for swiss), English muffin and grits w/ gouda! Perfect! I'm looking forward to the next time....maybe tomorrow

Excellent place to eat, the staff and food was great. Come hungry, it's alot of food.
