Seawave Traditional Fish Chips

The fish and chips at this restaurant are excellent. I highly recommend them. We often like to take our meal to the coast and enjoy the beautiful view while we eat.

I was very disappointed with our recent visit to Seawave. As residents of Anglesey, finding a consistently good fish and chip shop has been a challenge for us. We thought we had found one in Seawave, but our last visit was a disaster. The fish was greasy, the batter was uncooked in some parts, and the chips were cold, tasteless, and undercooked. If anyone knows of a fantastic fish and chip shop on Anglesey, please let us know.

The serving size of chips at this restaurant is large and reasonably priced, however they are undercooked and not hot enough. If you prefer your chips to be crispy and golden brown, this may not be the best choice for you. Additionally, they are served with unnecessary cardboard packaging and paper wrapping.

Quick and efficient service, well staffed for a busy time. accommodated the different salt and vinegar requests!! Delicious fish in great batter with classic chip shop chips. Mushy peas were also enjoyed.

Very fast service, efficiently checked my allergy enquiries with no fuss. Ordered cod and chips, which was excellent, best fish we have had from fish and chip for ages. Fish cakes and chips exactly as it should be. Will definitely return. The staff were very friendly although we were quite late on a Sunday evening they were still busy, I can see why. Served by a young girl who was very helpful and lovely.
