Dunkin' - Island Lake

Go to a different dunkin. They got my order wrong and went back inside and refused to come back to the window to fix it. It was I ordered iced coffee not hot for them to be this rude and unhelpful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime ive gone to this branch, ive gotten the wrong order. Completely wrong. Donuts are never what you ordered, coffee tastes horrible (and i love dunkin), sandwiches are done sloppily. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not a good experience! I ended up getting an iced coffee when I ordered a cold brew. I know what cold brew taste like. This was not a cold brew. The counter person was a bit on the rude side I will not be going back. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

*EDIT The corporate office and the franchise manager both reached out to me. They apologized but I will not change the star rating. The fact that there's multiple cameras recording the employees with this bad behavior mean something needs to be done first before I'm adjusting my review. *ORIGINAL This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. She literally waited for a pickup order and bagged it and told me and three other people to wait. Meanwhile I counted seven different cars make it through the drive-thru. Only stopped here because I'm going somewhere different today and I will never stop here again.

Yes, it's the worst location in McHenry. Can't make a coffee consistently. Oh and a large iced coffee is 50 cents more here than in Lakemoor or Volo. Just go to another location and you will be happier.
