Amara Cay Resort - ISLAMORADA

I had the best eating in the restaurant when I was in a whole week in islamorado but our waitress was rude (small blonde man with pony tail) and they sat us in a counter that the lobby of the hotel was not a table in the restaurant section. I would go back to eating if I could be sure not get the same waiter and that I had a reservation in the escaping area. fab food. amazing meatball appetiser and great pasta dishes.

Eating was a complete and total disappointment. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Great fresh seafood in Islamorado in an upscale atmosphere.

That was spectacular. the restaurant is located in the grunde in the lobby of the amara cay hotel, so it is not unlikely that people to and from the pool (that is a beautiful pool! will pass the table. the service lacked what I think is a lack of management in the restaurant. for example, the woman who sat us did not leave the wine and cocktail menu, the server never took the preset wine glasses away, the escape came just a few minutes after our salates, brot was delivered 10 minutes after the arrival of the escape, and the server was slow in cleaning the table. all of this with only three tables. eating was very good, I am sure in the time will pick up the service to make this a great culinary experience.
