Terrible, the food was boring and the waiter's attention was horrible.

Place is in an Excellent Location. But it is very expensive for what they offer, the staff is very slow for everything, from taking your order, bringing your dishes and even charging you! I honestly would not return

We stayed at the Posada Del Mar hotel and the people have been super sweet and had a wonderful experience! The restaurant that’s attached to the hotel however, not so much. The restaurant is called Pinguinos. We had the same waiter the 3 times we went and every time, this waiter was terrible! There was no warm welcome, no smiles, NO hospitality what so ever. You could tell he hates his job and rolled his eyes and was too put out to give basic customer service. There was also an incident where he completely forgot to put a food order in for one of the people dining with us and instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, we got an “oh well you don’t get your food” needless to say, I was flabbergasted. Your job is to make tourists visit, enjoyable. There was no accountability, no apology, no attempt to make things right at all. Then he proceeds to take more money then the bill to tip himself! This is the worst service I’ve EVER had, I’ve never even had an experience like this back in the US. If you don’t want to provide good customer service, then don’t work in the service industry.
