Favorite place to go on the island!! Food is amazing, and the prices are low. Definitely recommend the aguas frescas. Staff here are super kind and attentive. For example, my partner had never smelled papaya before and had me sniff his papaya agua fresca. I told him it’s totally normal, and shortly after the staff came by with two new cups since they saw us sniffing them! Quick service. This is my daily breakfast stop every time I come to Isla.

When we saw a bunch of locals making this place their choice to eat after a Sunday morning 5K we had to try it. Ours instincts did not fail us. Great food at a good price. Try the chilaquiles.

This continues to be one of our favorite places on the island to eat. The food is handmade, cooked fresh after you order, and the prices can’t be beat. This trip we had chilaquiles with chicken and salsa verde (the best on the island, in our opinion), and agua de sandia agua de melon. Not only is the food great and inexpensive, the family who owns and operates the loncheria is so friendly and engaging. We will be back again and again!

What a great little place to eat! This family run place has excellent food, friendly service and economical prices. We have been four times and we’re never disappointed.
