Sushi Make - Искитим

We ordered a sushi set for delivery and were quite disappointed. The rice was not very fresh, and the website had a lot of glitches; it showed that our order was being prepared while the delivery person was actually waiting at our door. The rolls were all different sizes and not proportional at all. When we called customer support, they sent us a photo and basically refused to help us, insisting that everything was made to their standards and of standard size. However, the photo clearly showed that they were all different sizes, even the rolls with the same filling. We are very disappointed with your service.

The wok was terrible, the food was unappetizing, and the rice was sticky.

We ordered a sushi set on June 30, 2024, in a big city. The taste was fine, but everything fell apart, making it impossible to pick up with chopsticks. Some of the rolls looked oddly shaped, almost like geometric figures. A third of the rice was left in the sauce container. Overall, their food is of decent quality. I tried to leave a review on VKontakte, but it wasn't posted. My order number is forgotten, but the last four digits of my phone are 2820.

The food is incredibly delicious, with no complaints. Everything is always beautifully presented, and the service is excellent. We’ve tried many places, but the sushi rolls here are the best of all!

The quality of the rolls is absolutely terrible. They are poorly rolled and it's impossible to pick them up with either a fork or chopsticks; they soon just turn into a mushy mix of rice and filling.
