The place stunk badly, all the employees were unmotivated and stopped serving breakfast at 10:30, which is when we tried to order breakfast. they couldn’t make an exception because we were one minute late. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time. I think their prices have increased a little too high for sub-standard food. However. During a rainy motorcycle trip, we stopped in the Ishpeming McDonald's. We were graciously welcomed (dripping wet mind you) by a lady who has worked at McDonald's for 32 years. 27 years at that same store. Incredible. Unheard of by today's employment standards. She took care of us like we were her own. We dripped water all over the floor from the front door to the back. She happily mopped up after us. I then had a Big Mac and fries that reminded me of the first time I had one. The bun was soft yet toasted perfectly. The meat was seasoned nicely and hot. The Mac sauce was perfect. The lettuce fresh. The fries were perfect. The facilities were clean and working properly. If all McDonald's held themselves to Ishpeming's standard, I wouldn't complain about the price. McDonald's, take notes. Very clean, efficient, lots of parking, hot hamburgs, etc and even paper towels in the bathrooms!! A plus!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
