I was confused when I walked in because there was no greeting. In the end, the order I placed was missing items. It was a terrible experience. Ideally, I would like a refund, but I also acknowledge that I should have checked my order more carefully, so I've decided to let it go. The cashier was a man, and the woman was the one preparing the order. I understand it can be busy, but I hope they can work more carefully in the future.

The restaurant had nearly ten staff members working. I ordered the cheese loco moco set, and soon after, the side items, including a drink and fries, arrived. However, it took over five minutes for the main dish, the cheese loco moco burger, to be served. I had ordered it specifically because I wanted to enjoy the burger.
