Wendy's - Iselin

This is the second time in a 7 day time period this Wendy’s has forgotten items I ordered. I asked specifically if everything was in the one bag. I was assured that yes everything was in there. Came home to find out I was missing several items.I tried calling this locations phone number from google multiple times only for it to ring multiple times with no answer.I’m livid. It’s so simple. They have a screen that tells them what items to prepare and put into the bag and they can’t even do that correctly.

Great spot for lunch. Clean and modern location. Use the app for best prices. Fast service. Clean bathroom (M), although the auto flush isn’t working on the toilet and most people are probably not going to press that little black button to manually flush.Food was great though, fresh and delicious. Dr Pepper cherry pops, and Frosty is on point too. Spicy nuggets ftw

Herlinda was a great leader helped get my order out when the order was set up wrong she helped the new employee finish my transaction and did it with a nice smile I 'll be glad to come back to this location always fresh service I 'm not from Woodbridge eitherFood: 5/5

A employee taking orders during the drive thru is very rude, she keeps shouting at the customers. When you cant hear the order you should first ask to speak loudly or mention that you cannot hear but you cannot keep shouting at the customers with out doing any of these.Service: 1/5

Why are you called fast food when I sat in the drive-through for 45mins? Also my order didn't come up on the screen so I asked for the total and the women working the speaker didn't understand. Really!? Horrible service ever.Food: 4/5
