Starbucks - Iselin

This is one of the best places to sit back, relax, and enjoy your coffee. The staff here are exceptionally courteous and greet you with warm, positive smiles. I was attended to by Iqra, who provided service with a genuine and heartfelt smile.

This is the closest Starbucks to my home, which is disappointing because it's consistently the worst one I've encountered. They're often understaffed, which impacts the quality of the coffee. One day my order is correct, and the next day it's wrong—it feels like a gamble based on who’s working that day. They frequently run low on supplies or are completely out of stock, and the mobile ordering system is often inaccurate. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. It's clear that this store is poorly managed and could benefit from a thorough training program.

The menu is very limited, and the place could use some cleaning, as the bathrooms are seldom maintained or restocked. They were unable to prepare cold cream brews because they were out of blonde roast coffee, and they never grind their own coffee, which results in a lack of that coffee aroma. It would really benefit from some attention from the regional manager, who seems to visit infrequently.

On a Monday morning around 11:30 am door was locked and the store was closed. FedEx even tried to deliver. Not sure why they were closed but it?s certainly a waste of time and money to drive to Starbucks and find out they are closed during regular business hours

This is the second time we order from this place, and they decide to close before their posted hours. And by the way, they don?t let you post a review less you are giving them a 3 starts or higher.
