It's located on a busy main road, heavy with vehicle fumes. The reception staff not as welcoming as I would have expected. The room was medium size with good size wardrobe. The bathroom a good size, but, the window opened out onto next doors balcony ! Yes. Could not believe it as people walked past whilst I was in the shower. Really annoyed at this. Not good enough. It's a quirky hotel with rooms located in blocks and at oblique angles. A cupboard door was broken, came off the hinge, reported three times before a temporary repair was made. A light in bathroom stopped working and the room door difficult to open. Again nothing done. The restaurant. Staff very welcoming, though as the week went by the service slipped creating long waits between courses. The evening meals, with the exception of the first night were mediocre, bland and sometimes awful. We had expected better from a four star hotel. Breakfast, the usual fare, cereal, eggs, too much cake, cheap croissant's and tinned fruit ! Exception for apples, pears, melon. It's a big hotel, spread out across the grounds, with several swimming pools if want to swim. The grounds have lots of shrubs and flowers with another outside restaurant, closed when we were there. I would expect the hotel to be Very Busy at the height of the season. For trips, check with concierge they will be considerably less cost than your tour rep will charge. Also for public transport tickets, very cheap, and a free bus into harbour every half hour, which tour rep or hotel staff felt the need not to mention.
A very nice hotel with beautiful plots with various thermal baths and well maintained. However, there is only wifi in the lobby and business areas, the hotel has NO identities that I felt super strange and I would not say that the personal was about friendly.
Overall a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds with various thermal pools and well-maintained. However, there is only WIFI in the lobby and business areas, the hotel has NO irons which I found to be super odd and I would not say the staff were overly friendly.
We could not have picked a better Hotel in which to stay. The staff were both helpful and friendly. The facilities were wonderful and food great.
About a mile out of the mani town but excellent local bus service. The bus stop is about 100 yards turning right out of the hotel. The hotel itself is amongst one of the best I have stayed in with 3 pools, one being a full size Olympic pool. The gardens are excellent and well tended. I am a keen gardener but only wished my gardener looked half as good as these. The food is fantastic and silver service served at your table. When Luigi our waiter came to serve us we were almost salivating at his detail to preparation and service of the food. He made our stay worthy. The room we had at the hotel was roomy and comfortable with a veranda which we use to sit on and relax prior to our evening meal. There is a supermarket if needed about 300 meters to the right from the hotel. I wish our stay had been longer.
