Pizza Hut - IRWIN

We ordered via the app for pickup. We waited in the lot for 10 minutes to have the pizza brought out... then we got notification to call the store to let them know we were there. App glitch? Not related to the employees.

The pizzas were delivered half an hour later than expected. I got a notification that my order was on the way 35 minutes before it arrived. It should take only 10 minutes to get here. The pizza was barely warm.

Our pizzas were delivered hot hot hot and fresh and delicious in 25 mins!!! Excellent service and food

The food is always delicious! But, someone at the store went out of their way to make sure we got the delicious cinnabons we ordered! thanx so much!
