Contribuiți la feedbackIf you're tired of disappointing fast food experiences, steer clear of the McDonald's near Target in Irwin, PA. Despite its convenient location, this McDonald's falls short in several key areas, leaving customers feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.First and foremost, the service at this location leaves much to be desired. Staff members often seem indifferent or even outright rude, making customers feel unwelcome and unappreciated. From long wait times to incorrect orders, it's a recipe for frustration.Cleanliness is another major issue at the McDonald's near Target. The dining area is frequently littered with trash, and tables are left dirty for extended periods. Add to that unkempt restrooms, and it's a less-than-appetizing environment for enjoying your meal.Unfortunately, the problems don't end there. The food quality at this McDonald's is inconsistent at best, with items often arriving cold or stale. It's a far cry from the fresh, delicious meals customers expect from the Golden Arches. In summary, if you're looking for a satisfying fast food experience, the McDonald's near Target in Irwin, PA is best avoided. With subpar service, cleanliness issues, and lackluster food quality, it's a letdown from start to finish. Instead, consider exploring other dining options in the area for a more enjoyable mealtime experience.
After being cut off by the girl taking our order, mid-ordering, and told we would have to finish ordering at the first window- since a happy meal, a double cheeseburger and a 10 pc meal with a coffee was entirely too much- we then were scoffed at and argued with for requesting what we ordered and paid for. We ordered 10 sugar/10 cream in our coffee. We know to make sure it’s been put into the coffee before driving off. No sugar was put in the coffee whatsoever. We asked for the 10 sugars and a stir stick. After the bad attitude and arguing with us about whether there was sugar in the drink- she hands us 4 packets. However, we ordered 10. So we requested the remaining sugar. She refused to give it to us- I asked for a manager since she wouldn’t give it to me. Finally she gave me it. Absurd.
Went inside and used the kiosk to place my order. Got my food, but not my drink. I waited 15 minutes to get someone’s attention to get my drink. I work in fast food and i understand the need to do drive thru before front i guess but nobody blinked an eye to help me, made multiple attempts to say excuse me and team members made eye contact with me but no help. I don’t under why i had my food 15 minutes before receiving a drink and got home and my food was cold. My brother ordered separately and waited for his drink as well, he’s a diabetic and ordered a diet coke and received a coke. From a fast food worker to a fast food company it was a very bad experience and need to pay attention closer and have a front line worker.
Went through the drive through the kid working the drive through was SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! He opened the window to take my payment, didn 't smile, didn 't make eye contact, snatched my card ... SLAMMED the window shut.... opened the window handed me the card... NEVER SMILED, NEVER SAID ANYTHING... shut the window in my face. Next... go to the next window to get my food, the goes girl opens the window , hands the food and drink to me DOES NOT SMILE OR SPEAK. I then asked for ketchup and salt. She walked away and grabbed ketchup and salt and opened the window .....ZERO expression on her face . handed that to me . i said thank you she did not respond. these kids should not have jobs working with the public if they dont want tointeract with others.
Frinedly workers and fast drive through, good location and access from route 30
