The hibachi was absolutely delicious, and the selection of sushi and rolls was fantastic! I'll definitely be returning.

This restaurant stands out in the area for not offering typical American cuisine. The interior is spacious, clean, and well-organized, with an ambiance perfect for conversation. We ordered a mix of sushi and hibachi. The sushi was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and skillfully prepared, with the chef’s special rolls being particularly impressive. The hibachi was tasty, though it was quite heavy on the sweet sauce. One small drawback was that the staff seemed to struggle with our order; since we ordered hibachi plates to share alongside the sushi, we were frequently given small appetizer plates instead of the larger dinner plates. As Long Islanders accustomed to a variety of Japanese and global cuisine, we were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem in rural Pennsylvania.

If you're looking for authentic Hibachi cuisine in this area, this is the place to be! The atmosphere is casual, but the experience is always enjoyable. The food is consistently well-prepared, not overly salty or heavy, and you won't feel sluggish afterward. The sushi is fantastic too! I absolutely love this place!

For the location I was very impressed by the food and quality. The service was also good, and they have yummy Pina Colada?s!

The 1st time I ordered take out it was good. The next time I got this (see image). This is unacceptable to serve someone, especially someone PAYING for your food. After the 3rd time I ordered take out and not once was the server kind or respectful, I'm done. I will spend my money at China Garden across the street where the food is good and the owners and staff are kind and attentive. One other thing, Atami staples their bags closed so you have to go through ripping open the paper bags to actually check your food/condition. I think they prefer you don't. Shady.
