Worst sushi experience ever. As a sashimi enthusiast who has dined at various Japanese restaurants, I chose this place to celebrate my third anniversary. I ordered the large sashimi combo, and it was not worth it at all. When I asked if they had Albacore on the plate, they confirmed they did. However, it turned out to be the worst Albacore I've ever had. The fish was not fresh and had an overly fishy taste, while the rice had a strange flavor as well. I’ve included a picture; it was $75.

The experience started off a bit slow while waiting for service, but it quickly turned into a great visit. This was my first time dining here since their move from MacArthur, and I was pleased to find that the sushi is still incredibly fresh and delicious.

I really don't understand how this restaurant has a rating above 2. It was undoubtedly the worst sushi I've ever tasted. The texture was pasty and gummy, reminiscent of a Taco Bell approach to "let's see how many things we can create with just a few ingredients." The service was laughable as well. We arrived in time for happy hour but weren’t even asked where we wanted to sit. Instead, we were handed a happy hour menu, only to be told that we weren't seated in a place that allowed us to order from it. I ended up spending $70 on a drink and three rolls that I wouldn't serve to a cat (and I’m not even a cat fan).

Food was extremely fresh. I went a couple of times during my business trip and the service was exceptional. Manager really took pride in her staff and it shows. Thank you!

This place has a great happy hour! Stephanie the bartender took wonderful care of us. She works with incredible efficiency behind the bar, while also never making any guest feel rushed.I love the 121 roll, and get it every time. The combination of crunchy and soft textures, with both cold and hot elements is perfect! We enjoyed various plates from the happy hour, as well as martinis. The lychee martini is one of my favorites!?: Takoyaki, Veggie Croquettes, Apple Martini and 121 roll
