Pollo Regio - Irving

I'm here at least 2 times a week. The food at this location is better than other locations I have been to. The service I receive is always better as well. Today, johanna was in the drive thru and as always she gave me great service and was very pleasant and personal. This location will always be my favorite.

Israel got my chicken just the way i wanted it, he gave me double rice and everything, the inside was very clean and was filled up with sauces when I asked him for help with directions he was very kind and showed me where to go. Overall wonderful experience!!!!

This is thee best chicken I 've had since I moved from Michigan 3 months ago....it 's great service and very fresh and tasty foods....AND if you wanna get full and feed 2, I recommend getting the half chicken.....AND Yenny have Great customer service

This is one of my favorite spots here in Dallas! Mary is very nice and always makes my meals just right! I eat here at least once a week. I love the carne asada quesadilla! ?

Becareful when ordering the chicken flautas, traditionally they are held in place with toothpicks for frying but considering this is a restaurant serving the public you would think they would take them out or advise you that you can potentially bite into one! I am not one to go beyond the problem, they are lucky! But any other person could have sued for this! PLEASE BECAREFUL.
