Pizza Hut - Irving

I've given up on their delivery, as they frequently get the pizza here 1-2 hours later than planned and not even hot.

I walked in to pick up my order online and while the girl in the counter was taking my payment I noticed a roach in the kitchen we’re are food is being made!!! Food is on the floor and every filthy store will not be returning to this location !

Delivery was 30 min late, order was wrong, mgr did not know how to give a refund. No apologies and very apathetic. Delivery fee was $4. Will never order from them again.

My pizza was never delivered yet I was charged almost $25. I called and the girl answering the phone said they never received the online order. I have an email saying the Pizza Hut location on W. Shady Grove in Irving TX would deliver it in under 30 minutes. Never again.

Delivery guy that I always get is extremely nice, asks about change, and always wears a mask. Foods pretty good but it's always highlighted by service with a smile.
