Very disappointing!I definitely expected better but what I got looked like something made in prison.....not my idea of a shrimp po boy.....very poor and cheaply prepared. You guys really need to do better. You should be ashamed to throw something together like that and charge $15.46. That is not a shrimp po boy and you should consider removing it from your menu. You took about 5 pieces of thawed raw shrimp from a package, added some wilted lettuce, onion and put it on a bun. Really?? I definitely won't be ordering anything from there.

90 percent of time I’m happy! However Took one star away due to employees. I had ordered the salad that has feta cheese and I could tell right off the bad the feta went bad. They reopened a new one and replaced it however, I believe the feta they had there all together might be bad. Yes feta has a bad smell as it is however I’ve had this salad a lot of times and it was never an issue. With that being said I requested my money back and the young lady helping me was great. I Apologized for the back and forth however I did not want to risk listeria. With that being said while all of this was going on the employees just stared at me the whole time. No apologies no “I’m sorry mam” just stared and spoke amongst each other. I honestly feel that the employees need to work on their customer service as it made me uncomfortable. The feta all together should taste tangy rich and a little salty. I hope they don’t serve this and get a new batch.

Second Foodsby order from Newk's delayed this by 1.5 hours. Was really hoping to have lunch before my afternoon meetings kicked in. Never againUpdate: They did refund the cost of the meal bumping this from a 1 to a 4.

It was a great experience and the service was amazing. Everyone served with kindness and a smile...and we were there just before they closed!

This is a excellent place to order from. They get to you quickly and the customer service is outstanding! Food is incredible
