Never a problem here!! The type with tattoos (I assume that a manager) is so friendly and ensures that my order is correct every time! Never seen him unhappy! Once I ordered a diet Dr. Pepper, but the new guy just heard Dr. Pepper. He heard and made sure I died on the window

I ordered some food. 2 meals, (Burger fries drink) 2 children's dishes and 8 tacos with 2 orders from curly pommes. I'm coming into the window and receiving 1 bag, I was impressed that they could fit everything in one. I went by to check my order, just to have a meal to get a child's meal. So I go back to the line and mention that I miss half of my food, the worker is like “yes, come forward” (guests they have realized) so that I understand what I thought was the rest of my food then noticed that I lacked STILL 2 orders from curly pommes. So for the third time I have to wait back in the line because the doors are locked at a certain time and nobody wants to answer the phone. So I finally get through the drive thru to tell him that I lacked STILL 2 commands of curly pommes; he tells me to pull up to the window still gave me 1 order of pommes.

Skip this place. “Our system is updated” is the excuse they used several visits to different hours of the day. Hungry? You'll hang when you stop here. Are you going on?

1st time ever eating here. My food was hot fresh. The customer service was great. It was hot inside the restaurant but it was burning up outside so I won’t come complain. I recommend this Jack In The Box??Parking: Small parking lot but it works
