Starbucks - Irvine

I visited Starbucks in Irvine Village of San Canyon and Quail. Great service, good staff Mocha Frappe, no. Banana bread after dinner. The service was provided with a smile. I would go back if I had my next dental appointment on 29th. June the truth again!!!

The staff here is great, but a few weeks ago this store has disabled the “Order Before” function. As I understand, some stores have done this because they say it is distracted from the experience for store customers. I hope the owner/manager sees this review and recognizes a simple fact: The vast majority of people do not go to Starbucks for “in store experience.” You go to McDonalds for the same reason: it is convenient and fast. Without being able to order beforehand, this store no longer offers this quick comfort.

That was quick. I wanted a drink called Mocha-rappe. They didn't laugh at me, and she didn't let me feel bad because I didn't order right. What she did was easy to smile, look right in the eyes and said: (the right name of the drink I wanted). I looked around the store while I was waiting for them to prepare my drink. Did not know that you can get everything from all kinds of coffee from all over the world, coffee mugs and coffee mugs, or T-shirts and sandwiches. Starbucks is a place to visit. There always seems to be many people doing important things sitting and enjoying them special drinks. One of these days I will find out what the stars are about. I was told I had 50, but I have no idea what that means. Next time you are in the area, stop and take a look and buy your special drink. Ever been here every time I experience the same customer-friendly experience Baristas are masters in their art. Either sit in and enjoy the warmth of the ambience or outside to make your coffee basking in the sunshine

Very friendly and helpful cashier. Location was clean and provided a quiet working environment inside. Only issue was the person who placed the finished drink orders on the counter was very quiet and you didn't hear your name being called.
