Contribuiți la feedbackWhen I finally tasted the first frappe, it was surprisingly watery and tasted more like iced coffee than what I expected. I mentioned to the cashier that it lacked flavor and asked if she could remake it. She looked unhappy as she went to request a new one from "Kevin." After about five minutes, she returned with the drink but didn’t make eye contact or say a word when I thanked her—twice, I might add. To make matters worse, the new coffee was dripping all over the cup and was quite messy (see attached photos). She didn’t even take the time to clean it up. I was really let down by the service. We’re customers paying for a service, and it’s the staff’s job to provide that service with a smile. My advice to this cashier: if you can’t be polite and courteous—even if you have to fake it—then customer service might not be the right job for you!
There was a fly in the dessert cooler, but aside from that, it’s a pleasant spot for students. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
This was my 1st and last visit. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and a bacon Gouda sandwich. I arrived 5 min after placing my order....my sandwich was cold, the bag was soaked and therefore my sandwich, half the egg is missing and the cheese is somehow outside the sandwich(not because it melted). My drink was unrecognizable it was so dark. I asked for more of the cream to put in it and he tried giving me half and half then got upset because I pointed out that was not what goes in my drink can I have the correct one please? I kept apologizing because I don't like to cause extra work or be that B, but I couldn't even consume what I paid for.
This store always messes up my order. I always order the caramel ribbon crunch, but instead, I received a caramel frappuccino. I'm really disappointed!
I?ve never not waited at LEAST 20 minutes for a cup of BASIC coffee. Cold brew black? It takes 45 minutes. I don?t know why I keep coming back. They closed for a week to completely renovate. You?d think this would include making changes in lay out that help their staff be efficient. Nope. Nice people. Seem to be doing their best. But I?ve never waited like this at a Starbucks. Might as well go to a local barista who?s coffee is fine but they take always take too long.
