Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

Yesterday, I placed an order at the Alton location and found the restaurant to be completely empty. The young girl at the register did not recognize me and did not acknowledge me until I greeted her. When I started to give her my order, she asked me to wait a minute. After standing there for 5 minutes while she slowly looked around and appeared disinterested, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I am usually patient, but it was evident that she had no interest in taking my order. This was a clear example of bad customer service.

The food and ambiance are fantastic! The only thing is that sometimes it feels like the servers are trying to hurry you through your meal, but in a nice way. I love the decor and the food is excellent. This place is definitely perfect for a girls night out or for entertaining out-of-town friends in a stylish atmosphere.

Would surely recommend eating here. Great character, flavorful dishes, awesome customer service. Great work.
