Pho Saigon Pearl - Irvine

Great freshly prepared food. The shaking beef was excellent. Broths all served hot. This was an office order, and everything was labeled! Everyone enjoyed the rare beef Pho, lemongrass chicken, bahn mi, etc. The Vietnamese iced coffees were strong yet delicious. We would order again.

Rare steak pho was great. Love that they offer rice or yellow noodle. Spring rolls were meh not a fan of the lettuce and carrot filling

We are loyal customers of this restaurant. The Wok Saeared Shaking Filet Mignon cubes is our favorite dish, we tried the Saigon Pearl Egg Rolls in shrimp today and it was delicious!

Beef broth is amazing! My go-to order is Vegetable Pho with beef broth, no noodle, soft white tofu, and the grilled meat roll (chicken : YUM!

Been a loyal customer for years. However, this is the Second time in a row that I order Pho from here and they do not include the fresh bean sprouts, lemon, sauces, etc. It ruins the entire meal. Very disappointed.
