Mcdonald's - Irvine

Eating was good and everything, but the manager treated us awfully we asked about the skin care kit that they said on the app they would deliver after a minimum buy of $1. we ordered from 3 Diff accounts and they said keep them on order and we would get that kit after and after we asked them that they said they didn't deliver this here. eat amazing customer service terrible since I was a Muslim. so rasite. she treated others so well, but when it came to me and my Hijabi sister, she was incredibly racist.

This is the best McDonald’s I ever been to, THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ALWAYS WORKS. They do not over salt the fries and very high chance the burger is neatly made. I really like that pretzel McFlurry very flavorful reminds me when they used to have Reeces a long time ago. When I stopped by with the McDonald’s app to pickup a coffee they cleaned the machines so I got a perfect Frappuccino. All the workers are nice except for one, he’s a little bit sassy but I’ll tolerate that over anything else lol. I typically order the McDouble, L fries with the McDonald’s app, and a senior coke for a nice budget meal.

This McDonald's tastes good and the ice cream machine is never broken.... but drive through takes like 20 minutes minimum.Just walk up and order at the counter...

I find it disappointing that you come and pay 40 bucks two meals and two happy meals. You expect to recieve nice hot food. Especially late night. You crave it. Fries are cold. My food is all cold. The late night workers dont care not one cent of your wants. They get their paycheck regardless.

Worst service, 20 min drive thur wait and orders are always wrong. Only McDonald’s by my work but I will never go there again.
