Mcdonald's - Irvine

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There was confusion with the table service as we followed the instructions on the screen to select a table tent and entered our number, only to find out that our food was not ready. When we asked for our order, we were told that someone else had taken it. The staff member, who seemed to be a manager, did not take responsibility for the confusion and was not apologetic. I suggest that they make it clear that there is no table service by putting up a sign or removing the table tents from the screen. The lack of communication and customer service led me to give this restaurant a two-star review.

The food at this restaurant is decent since they serve McDonald's items. However, the service was lacking. I requested toilet paper for both stalls, but no one came to replace it. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to ask a staff member for some. It was disappointing to see such neglect regarding the bathroom supplies. Additionally, they were also out of napkins.

I ordered a meal in the app. he was at 10:40 in the load and the sign on the door said they closed at 11 o'clock. the lights were on and the guard was on, but no one was answering on the runner thru. I moved to the window so I could pick up my food and find it completely empty. not sure what the actual storage hours, but the clear are not what are advertised on the app or on the door.

The breakfast was fresh and hot. orange juice was beautiful and fresh. the remaining room was clean, but needed a better cleaning to get rid of the uring smell.

I asked for half and half of sweetened and unsweetened tea. It was more sweet than half also blueberry muffins was given to me super cold. Manager was so unfriendly!!! He needs better customer service skills
