Jersey Mike's Subs - Irvine

Online ordering is usually a breeze. Except for today. I arrived not long after my order said it would be ready. I inform the gentleman working the register that I placed an online order. He looks around for 2 minutes only to come back and tell me that someone had picked up my order already. Even stated the thief's name. He goes to the back to tell his manager. Manager looks at the printouts and determines that in fact I did place an order. No apology. No explanation. Just began making my order. I've ordered pick up at this location half a dozen times and never had an issue until today. Beware if you place an order online for pick up at this location. They could care less if someone takes your order. They'll even tell you who stole your order. An $80 order just to be inconvenienced!

They literally can never get my order right. They've messed up the last 3 times. Just a bunch of kids that don't care if your order is right. I think they don't understand English or you need to order in a different language for them to understand? Worst Jersey Mikes go to the other ones in Irvine!
