On a Saturday night at 7 o'clock, I had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. The food is consistently good, but what truly enhances the experience are the homemade dipping sauces. I usually stick to the recommended recipes they have posted at the bar. The service is excellent and very attentive! For some reason, I always tend to sit in the same spot across from the restaurant, so I end up having the same server every time I visit.

Hotpot broth was ok. They have 2 versions: spicy and non-spicy. I like their sauce bar, you can go there and mix your own sauce! Meat was tender and lots of veggie choices. Little busy during dinner time. The plaza was always crowded and hard to find parking.
