Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle

Every restaurant in this complex has a waiting time, but it's definitely worth it! This was our family's first time dining at a Taiwanese restaurant, and we absolutely loved it! We ordered the soup with flat noodles, which was incredibly delicious. We're curious to try the thicker noodles next time. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the portions are generous.

I had an excellent Taiwanese beef soup in the USA. The beef and tendons were cooked to perfection, the noodles were great, and the soup was very flavorful. If I had to choose one thing to improve, I would skip the sour cauliflower.

We ordered the beef noodles and beef soup, along with knuckles and beef served in crispy pancakes. The soups were quite good, but the dumplings seemed frozen, sticking to the wax paper and tearing apart. The meat wrapped in pancakes was tasty. Overall, everything was satisfactory; however, we felt the prices were on the higher side. The atmosphere was lovely, as it wasn't crowded, providing a nice escape from the bustle outside.

It's my second visit here. the first time I was not really hungry and so I ordered suppenknödel. so. last Monday I went to meet again. although I was not hungry, I decided to order a bowl of noodles so that I could give this restaurant a more valid review. the noodles were surprisingly good! I ordered half the bark half. really delicious. which needs are improved is probably the suppe. need even more flavor. in comparison to the noodles in taiwan, these definitely not so good. but if they have a demand for Taiwanese noodles, surely a great place to visit! I'll try the fried rice next time!

It's a clean and comfortable place, the beef taste good and I love the textures of the both the flat and thin noodles, however the soup base has more soysource flavor vs beef flavors, will come again if I have the cravings.
