Luckily, if it is not roasted, it is hard to screw a sub. This subway is ****. the crew is unfriendly and they have stacked boxes of backstock to load. was warm, but was so cold in the inner we had goose skin.
Tried it twice while in Ironwood for 3 weeks Gogebic. Both times the gentleman working was angry and somewhat aggressive. The third time I went to Subway was a much better experience. However, it was the other store in Walmart.
Tried to place my order on the app at 8:26pm when the restaurant closes at 10pm. I guess I was 1 minute late on ordering on the app- learned the cut off time is 8:25pm. Literally second time this happened when I tried to place my order at 8:26pm! Absolutely unacceptable corporate subway!! Not worth going in to order in person and take 10-15 minutes extra to stand in line and order your sub. Corporate subway needs to get their stuff together.
NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY When we walked into the store, an older gentleman employee told us that we could not back into a parking space within 20 feet of an entrance. He said. It 's state law because of gas emissions, but I won 't call the cops since you are spending money here I drive a Tesla. It has ZERO emissions. I asked, if it 's a law, where are the signs? How come that area is not marked off? He ignored me, so I dropped the subject but the whole experience left us feeling UNWELCOMED. I did not see a uniform or a name tag so I did not get his name. My family and I won 't be returning anyways so it doesn 't matter. If you are a tourist, avoid. Would not recommend. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
We were in tonight and the service was terrible. We were the only ones in there for about 10 minutes. When we walked in they were fulfilling a big online order. When I said hello, they just looked at me and said nothing. When it was our turn, the older worker was unbelievably rude. When I asked for bacon on my sub as he was putting the cheese on my second sub, he threw the cheese back into the container. Everything we asked for on our two simple sandwiches he grumbled about. I felt bad for the young kid working with him. The lady that came out to check us out was wonderful. The day time staff is usually a lot more pleasant. They also complete all the online orders before the people standing in front of them. By the time we got to checkout there was a decent line of people behind us who had been waiting awhile, and they?ll still grab the online orders that just came in and do those first.
