Jimmy John's - Iron Mountain

Oh my goodness! I had the delightful experience of stopping at Jimmy John's in Iron Mountain today. It wasn't part of my original plan; I honestly chose it just to avoid driving over the bridge. As a transplant from South Jersey, I can tell you that we take our Italian food very seriously. I ordered the Italian Club and was absolutely thrilled with it. It was packed with delicious meats and provolone cheese, topped with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, all on a perfectly fresh Italian roll. I know I won’t eat anywhere else when I’m in the area! The young staff at the front were very professional and friendly, and the wait wasn’t long at all! I highly recommend it to everyone I talk to. Honestly, five stars just aren’t enough!

I live in a small town, and the best decision the neighboring city made was opening a Jimmy John's. They offer the best subs and the freshest bread. I've never been disappointed!

We've visited Jimmy John's a few times this week and love their subs; we've never had any issues until today. We always order the same subs with a side of Jimmy Paprika. However, today we were told that we couldn't have it with this particular sub because it was against the rules. What? There are about four different types of paprika, and I'm more than willing to pay extra for it. The girl at the counter was quite rude, to the point where I don't think we'll be returning.

The portions are generous and the service is quick, but the quality isn't the greatest and the menu options are somewhat limited.

This place is definitely not living up to its "freaky fast" claims. In fact, it was incredibly slow. I could have gone to another restaurant, ordered an oven-baked sub, and received it more quickly. There were four employees working, and I was the only customer inside, yet there were two people ahead of me in the drive-thru. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the girl who took my order was polite and the sub was tasty. Otherwise, it would have been one star. I wouldn’t return here due to the poor work ethic.
