Dunkin' Donuts - Ipswich

I visited a Dunk's franchise recently and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed their delicious donuts, muffins, and sandwiches.

I had a $4 coffee, a $4 bagel with cream cheese, and a $1.50 coffee roll. The atmosphere was quite dim, which gives it a typical cafe vibe. The location is accessible only by foot, and it wasn't busy at all—there were only two people ahead of me in line, and one other customer waiting for their food alongside me. Nevertheless, it took 14 minutes from when I placed my order to when I received my food. While this might seem like a common issue at many places, the prices here are not exactly low, and the service was unusually slow. At this point, the establishment really needs to consider increasing wages to attract more staff to better serve their customers.

2 of your staff one male one female both very young went out of their way to make suggestions on a spin of a coffee blend. And we're more than happy to make the drink and transaction. Superior teamwork. They weren't busy at all and when one of them could have walked away to take a break nope customer service was their TOP PRIORITY. They so made up for not having drive thru. Such a friendly atmosphere I wish I had brought my reading book

The staff here are by far some of the best I have ever dealt with. Even when I was busy and when I wanted to get up, they were great! And I command more and more little things / change my order, they were the only people to get everything right... and actually went beyond and beyond! (It would be easier to understand if u knew what I always order xtra from above on all my drinks that no one seems to understand)... but I like this place a lot! Also fresh!!!

The morning staff is really friendly. The only downside is that when I request a toasted bagel, it’s just warmed up rather than truly toasted, and the cream cheese is ice cold. I prefer my bagels so toasted that the cream cheese melts. I suppose I’ll have to start asking for a triple toasted bagel!
