Busy Bee Cafe - Ipswich

We arrived during holiday week, intending to get take out. One of the staff stepped out to explain their in-house ordering system was down and that GrubHub handles window pickup orders during COVID. We were able to make that order and he let us know about how long it would take. We got delicious breakfast burritos in about 15 minutes and we'd be happy to come back.

Hands down best food around and the owners and staff are wicked nice. Wish their were more establishments like this.

First i have to say being a vegan,i am so happy they have the vegan loaded tots/fries, the tots are better but the vegan cheese and siracha ranch pull all the other flavors and ingredients together!! Second the owner is top notch! He went above and beyond for our order. We had placed an order on a Friday to be delivered on that Monday ,but it came Friday instead. He came personally to the school to apologize and said he would make sure the order was fulfilled for Monday. Monday comes,our order is delivered and we found out that because a chef called out sick, he was closed but went in himself and prepared the 10 meals we had ordered!!! What amazing service, very professional and customer friendly!!
