This place gets a big thumbs up! It's elegant and stylish, the staff is excellent, and the presentation of the food is impressive, not to mention it tastes great. They also offer a diverse selection of unique and intriguing drinks, making it a spot you should definitely visit at least once.

This is the third Alchemist restaurant we've visited in another city, and it has become our favorite spot. The cocktails are innovative and enjoyable, and the food is quite good as well. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic. A special shoutout to Callum for his excellent service. We will definitely be coming back here again!

On the downside, the cocktails were quite potent in terms of alcohol content. While this might appeal to some, our group felt that it detracted from our overall experience. We were there to enjoy ourselves without the intent of getting overly intoxicated, and the strong cocktails didn't align with that goal. It would have been preferable to have drinks with a lower alcohol content but perhaps a larger volume. Overall, The Alchemist on New York Street in Manchester is a fantastic option for anyone seeking a unique and memorable cocktail experience. We hope they consider adjusting the strength of their cocktails to cater to a wider range of preferences.
