Pumpkin Cafe - Ipinda

The place was completely empty, yet the server didn't even manage to say hello or thank us for choosing to dine at their franchise. Their people skills were non-existent.

The staff locked the door and wouldn't let us in, even though it's a railway waiting room and Pumpkin only rents part of the building.

If you're in a hurry, this place is convenient. However, I found it slightly overpriced. I guess it’s typical for a train station.

Absolutely rubbish service woman who works there with black hair think she is a manager had the worst customer service skills I wouldn't not even rate it 1 star

The customer service was incredibly disappointing. First, they had the audacity to charge a ridiculous amount for a small bottle of water—I've seen a whole 12-pack at the supermarket for the same price. To make matters worse, it was delivered by a rather unpleasant man who didn't even bother to greet me or, at the very least, offer a smile. A little kindness and good manners don't cost anything!
