We got a cold cap with whipped cream. Their coffee IS delicious! However, I am very disappointed that it's an extra cost for whipped cream. Starbucks, dutch bros, black rock....not extra!

I think it's terrible that you collect points and then when it's time to use my rewards I can't do so because they don't know how to use the rewards lol. The lady told me this Morning that the employee's aren't allowed using the app so she does not know how to use it...She scanned my rewards and said I still had to pay even though I have way over 400 points. And the sad part about it is that it's only THIS LOCATION that does it.

I love Tim Hortons! great coffee and the vanilla cream donut is the best!

Very inconsistent quality and portions, but the value is typically good.

The guy who usually works the front is always rude. He’s so busy trying to rush you out of the place that he doesn’t even stir your cream and sugar into the coffee. Friday I went and the door was locked at 7am. They open at 6am. That same guy was behind the counter just staring at me trying to open the locked door.
