I am surprised by the experience of starbucks team member Seth and certainly will share this as an example of how customer service should be. When we went to buy coffee, we weren't aware of BOGO offer. But Seth was kind enough to inform us that there is a BOGO offer and charged accordingly. It's a great way of making customer going wow. Kudos to the Seth and team.

Starbucks is not a service first type of company. They will never change that behavior. I do not do burnt bean coffee, but I know SB coffee is popular so I scored it based on popularly.The atmosphere here was clam and good for chatting with friends.
