Starbucks - Ipanema (pontal do Paraná

The lines at this Starbucks (Southwest or A terminal) are always so long and the staff was extremely slow to take orders (during a busy spring break time) and to move customers who obviously have flights to catch through the line. Waited in line for 45+ min and still was unable to order!!

Ordered a Caramel Macchiato with Cold Foam asked if they could make it with salted caramel. Got what was labeled a “Caramel Macchiato” with Mocha and Hazlenut…. and absolutely no caramel or caramel drizzle. I’m not even sure how that’s physically possibly, but absolutely no positive customer service either.

So disappointed in this service. I asked for a chai tea and got regular tea. So ghetto and lazy!!!!Shame on me for not checking it first. Never had problems with any other Starbucks?????

Stood in line, cashier was pleasant but airline employee and a Starbucks employee stood at the order pickup counter heckling taking about other customers. Extremely unprofessional will not be stopping to spend my money in the airport on any other trips in/out of Columbus Airport in the future. Bad representation of Starbucks and Columbus in general. 12/13/22 6:52am

Fast service. The lines moves at this Starbucks. Perhaps consideration for passengers departing and some arriving. I had the double bacon with cheddar and cheese along with a freshly brewed coffee. Perfect breakfast before my flight. Decent prices. The crew were fast and prompt. The cashier did not greet everyone and could be more approachable and friendly.
