Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

We always have a fantastic time at our local Rita's! It's a charming little shop with friendly staff. We savored gelatis, water ice, and even got a dog bone for our pup! The Dr. Pepper water ice was delicious and a new flavor for us to try. We will definitely be back!

What else can I add about Rita's that hasn't already been said? It's absolutely delicious!

I know this may sound strange, but when we visited the restaurant, there was a strong scent of deodorizer or dryer sheets that gave me a headache. When I got home, I even noticed that the kids' cups had a smell to them! That's concerning for anyone's health.

I visited the restaurant yesterday and found it to be quite chaotic. Some employees had their friends come in, and they prioritized serving them over finishing my order. It was frustrating to see a group of unsupervised young people, which was really disappointing.

The Dr. Pepper ice had a strange chemical flavor, and the watermelon ice didn’t taste like watermelon at all. However, the vanilla ice cream was really good, which is why I'm giving this place two stars.
