Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

A very friendly attention with a pleasant atmosphere I loved your egg burgers.

Our server Brock was fantastic. He was prompt and polite and fun. Our food was okay at best. The avocado on my burger was dark brown and unappealing. We had to request new fries because the ones that came with the burger were burnt. Brock brought out fresh fries promptly for us.

Very good place for a business lunch, great food, service and atmosphere.

I will start with atmosphere. Let 's just say, if it 's 0-5° outside the facility should probably have the HEAT on and our party should not be shivering. Before we even began ordering our food we were informed that there was no Coke or sweet tea. Ok, move on. I didn 't know that I could go to Red Robin and order Donatos. As we ordered our meals, the simple things weren 't available. No sour cream. No provolone cheese for a burger . Most of asked for NO SALT or seasoning on the fries...I guess they forgot and extra crispy isn 't an option for now. I think if you are paying for something you should be able to ask and get it your way ! I guess they would have to partner with Burger King instead of Donato 's I think the BEST part of the meal was the pretzel bites. They were HOT DELICIOUS! Except they give you a small little container of cheese sauce. When we asked for another $2! Well maybe if they made the container the same size as the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks we would have had enough. Or maybe we should have ran across the street to Walmart to get the sauce, provolone, sweet tea, sour cream cheese sauce. Oh well...if you just want basic, no extra, don 't ask for anything special. Just use ketchup.

The restaurant gave a good atmosphere but when I ordered Ribs they were Not fall off the bone ribs and very fatty and chewy. I guess I should've known better to get ribs when it's NOT their specialty
