Pizza Hut - Ipanema (pontal do Paraná

I ordered a super supreme pizza and this is what I received. They have a large option for $12 but charged me $21. They also didn't automatically include the delivery fee. They delivered it to the wrong room because the person on the phone gave the wrong room number and forgot the pepperoni.

The restaurant was extremely busy and understaffed, but I have to give credit to the woman working at the front. She remained calm and did her best to solve any problems. Having worked in the service industry myself, I know how challenging it can be when you are short-staffed and busy. Although I waited longer than 20 minutes, I could see that they were all putting in their best effort. She kept everyone updated on the status of their orders and problem-solved as effectively as possible.
