We tried to book with AMC.. nope- could care less to help you. Had a party last year with them and I never worked so hard. At Movies 11 they were AWESOME!!! When would you like to book, what time, how many people, how can we help you! They did all the work for me! SERIOUSLY they did everything and wanted my business and were so wonderful
We ordered our tickets online, walked in and were given a menu and our tickets n told where to go. As soon as we walked in there was what looked like a family of Indian people in the bar area, being so load(We heard them during our entire movie/time there). We went into the theater, tried the buttons to order food and none worked, after waiting 20 mins without service. Our theater was empty, with just my husband and I we ventured back to the hallway to ask for service. The waitress told us that the buttons didn’t work and that she would be in to take our order, which took about 15 minutes for her to come back. We received our order half way through the movie, were asked to pay as soon as we received our food and were never checked on again(So much for free refills). Now onto the cleanliness of the place, it was by far the most disgusting theater I’ve ever been too. The whole theater smelled like mold and urine. The theater itself, you can tell the floors hadn’t been swept, the tables were disgusting n had prior visitors food/drink at them, the entire time we were there. By the time the movie let out, we went to exit the lobby and that same Indian family was by the exit doors. They all exited the theater the same time we did. I’m not sure if that family owns the theater, but instead of drinking alcohol the whole 3.5 hours me and my husband where there. It may have been more appropriate to check on the only paying customers you had in the theater. I have never felt so creeped out, discussed after leaving a theater in my life. Please don’t waste your money!
Probably the oddest movie experience I have ever had. Only 1 employee working from what I could tell. She was kind, but not super heplful.We were given a menu at the beginning of the movie but it was an hour and a half later until the employee came to take our order, at which point she informed us that they only had popcorn and soda. (Probably shouldn 't call yourself a Dine-In theater)The screen had stains on it. The seats were office chairs. The sound was muddy. And for the first time in my life, I was too warm in a theater. I was sweating by the end.To top it all off, the bathrooms were...scary. Half the lights were out. Half of the toilets were clogged. Every surface seems to be sticky.The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was due to the fact that the strangeness of all of this actually made it a fun experience somehow. My sister and I had a great time being shocked by every new disaster. Still, I wouldn 't recommend this theater unless you want a unique experience.
I 've been attending this theater since the original theater was opened. I 've never seen it in such a HORRIBLE state! Luxury Recliners are a joke with ripped upholstery, and they are not true recliners.The call lights don 't work, and wiring hangs under every table.The screen projection is VERY dim, like they 're trying to save money on electricity, although the sound was up WAY too loud.Service was horrible. I had to chase someone down for a drink refill. They were nice about it, but don 't make us leave the theater to get service.Pealing paint, noisy air system, dirty bathroom (floor drain clogged, urinal covered with trash bag out of order, empty paper towel dispenser, etc. , dirty floors and windows.Every storefront next to it is vacated.This place needs demolished.
Haven't been here since it was Movie Tavern. 2 adults 4 kids for the movie dinner and soft drinks was over $200 with tip. I think we were the only people in the whole building. Food was ok but not worth what they charge. The food was served and we never saw her again until we were leaving. When I paid the bill I pushed the button for the tip amount and she erased it and asked for a cash tip. I told her I didn't carry cash and she gave me a disappointed look and brought the tip screen back up. We won't be back.
