Contribuiți la feedbackThis place went from great to decent over the course of the summer. When Pieology lost it, we started coming here and it was great. Todays visit was a bit dissapointing, seems like nobody is overlooking the products and procedures. Web orders put us on stand by for about 20min as ticket labels were being printed and processed as we stood by watching. Next no reset was performed, meaning 1/3 of the over 40 choices of toppings were empty or nasty, counter top the same. Ricotta was empty, pesto garlic empty, cherry tomatoes empty, kalamata olives the same. We selected these toppings in addition to.others, but each time she had to leave and restock them since they were empty or just leftover juices. For the volume they put out someone should be combing the provisions and constantly stocking fresh toppings, visuals are huge!. Pizza cooked and came out a bit cool, honestly 45sec more it would of been perfect,..we like a fresh whole pizza served hot and this was not.
If no stars was an option I would give that. This location is so disorganized, rude and frankly incompetent. We waited 25 minutes to be helped and then when they gave away one of our pizzas we had to wait 30 mins for it to be remade. This location is absolute bull.
This is one of the worst Blaze locations I have ever visited. I placed my online order at 7:30 PM and arrived at 8:15 PM, expecting my order to be ready. Not only was it not prepared, but it hadn't even been put in the oven. When I inquired about the status of my order, the staff assured me it would be ready shortly. However, during the wait, all the customers who ordered in-store received their pizzas, while those of us who ordered online were left waiting. Isn't the purpose of online ordering to have our food ready for pick-up? After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked again about my order, and the staff made up an excuse about someone else taking it, even though all the other online customers were still waiting too. Did someone take all seven of our online orders? I finally received my pizza when the store closed at 9 PM, and it was incredibly frustrating. Several other customers nearby also complained about delays, incorrect orders, or poor quality. I've experienced this problem multiple times, and it won't be the last time. This seems to stem from incompetence and laziness. I'm not sure how this location is still in business, but I can safely say that I will never return.
Don't be surprised if you receive a burnt pizza. The staff mentioned that a burnt pizza is their standard; if you request a replacement, they will make you a new one, but it will likely still come out burnt. If you enjoy burnt pizza, then this is the place for you!
I had a wonderful first experience at Blaze Pizza. The food was incredible, and the staff was fantastic. One team member, in particular, who was wearing a Dodgers hat, was very helpful and made the visit even better. I'll definitely return, especially since he was so charming!
