Arby's - Ipanema (pontal do Paraná

We ordered a chicken bacon swiss, at 6:40pm and the food tasted like it was sitting there since noon. The chicken was old, dry, and the bun was hard, the cheese was hard, the sauce was so baked into the bun, it was nonexistent. The bacon was rubbery as well. My dog wouldn't even eat it. I asked for no lettuce or tomato and you could clearly see some lettuce was still on the inside of the sandwich and Thay had taken off the rest. I am ALLERGIC to tomato seeds; this is why I asked for no tomato. When ordering on line, there is no option for comments, so we can let y'all know if we want extra sauce on the sandwich or to make sure that sandwich never touched an ingredient because we are ALLERGIC to it. Please fix this issue and also....MAKE FRESH FOOD FOR ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS! Y'all used to have great chicken bacon swiss, now it's just terrible, comparable to McDonald's. We need great quality like Chick-fil-A. Thank you. Would give zero stars but forced to give one.

Shout out to Ms. Kat, Queen Nat (apologize if I have this wrong). Excellent service from beginning to the end. When I pulled up to the order menu, addressed me immediately, helped me with ordering since I'm severely allergic to certain foods. When I got to the drive thru pickup, had a smile, took my money, food came out HOT and thanked me. SERVICE! That is what I miss and don't see anymore. Pleasant voices, food was absolutely fantastic, hot, fresh (order id# AAAY9MD2AGBM) Give these two employees a raise or a day off with pay! Arby's ALWAYS gets it right!!...the people are nice...the food's hot and fresh...great experience....

They want you to pay $10 for a sandwich and barely put any meat on it. That is very problematic for me. I asked for curly fries not regular fries. Ask for no ice she put ice in my drink and then tried to pour off the drink from the ice. No ma'am fix me a whole new drink without ice.
