Plaza Veracruz - Iowa Falls

First off, BANANA margaritas! Sounds crazy but order one, I swear you won't regret it. It's the male waiter(he may be the owner, always VERY friendly makes the BEST ones. They also will sing if you say it's someone's birthday. and they'll give them a little special treat also.; I know it says I spent $100 but actually my boyfriend tipped the waiter like $30 lol. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly restaurant. Laid back.

The food was excellent—truly authentic Mexican cuisine, not Tex-Mex. The staff were friendly and generally attentive. As someone who has worked as a Chef, Lead Cook, and Kitchen Manager for over 22 years, I highly recommend this place.

I met my family here for lunch and we really enjoyed both the food and the company. It’s great when a Mexican restaurant offers a burger option for those in our group who don't prefer Mexican cuisine. The beef fajitas were different from what I’ve had elsewhere, but they were very delicious.

Much prettier inside than out, with good food and (to our surprise and delight) Mexican real-sugar sodas.
