Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Iowa Falls

I had a great experience at the restaurant. While the food presentation wasn't flawless, it was still enjoyable. The waitstaff did their best to provide excellent service and were very friendly.

The food was good, but I really wished I could have some dipping sauce for my cheese curds. I wasn't willing to pay 75 cents for ranch dressing, especially since many places offer a sauce for cheese curds for free. It was disappointing that there was no marinara available, but I managed to move past it. It would be great if they could include a sauce with the curds.

It took 25 minutes for my order, as well as some others, to arrive. From the moment we ordered until we got our food, it was quite a wait. The young woman who was delivering food to the cars deserves a raise; she must have felt embarrassed having to deal with such delays. The service was truly unacceptable.

I have always loved their ice cream. And enjoyed it again

Always a pleasure to go to this Dairy Queen. The customer service is superior. The food is fantastic. We often comment how the sandwiches we order sometimes look better than the display pictures. The head cook during our visits, has an exceptional talent,and a passion that shows. Many times the owners are engaged, and working with the staff. The result is a skilled staff, whotakes great pride in this business. Thank you for the great food, the great customer service, and always making us feel welcome.
