Uncle Sun - Iowa City

Very Polite behaviour. Quality of food always varies and once we were served stale/leftover food. I love the fortune cookies though.

Some of The best late night food. I always get Dumplings and crab Rangoon. The chili oil dumplings are my favorite. Uncle Suns is usually pretty fast too. I definitely recommend this place.

All the dishes I’ve tried here are delicious including the chow mein, orange chicken, and broccoli and beef. I honestly love their jasmine green tea and would recommend it to anyone that stops by! They always give you good portions and there’s usually enough for leftovers, if I didn’t eat it all

Highly recommend!!! I do doordash and always get orders from Uncle Sun. Wanted to see what all the fuss was about so I ordered sour and spicy noodles with beef. It is a huge noodle bowl full of flavourful goodness. Do yourself a favor whenever you're in Iowa City be sure and stop by you won't regret it.

Surprisingly great food! We were in IC for a shopping trip and needed dinner. The place is low key, and the food took a while, but what we got was delicious! The crab Rangoon was full and crispy; perfection. We had the entree orange chicken and Gen Tsao's that we shared. Very good heat and orange zest. Even the rice was good and not clumpy. Large portions, too. They had lots of takeout orders. We plan to go back.
