The Vine Tavern and Eatery - Iowa City

The service has gone down to the past. last visits they were not busy at all and it took 25-30 minutes to get our food every time. after the waitress releases the table, it takes another 10 minutes to get her bill. eating is still quite good and beer is nice and cold.

Since I was here. not as good as the past. the wings in the past were brilliant, not so much in these days. they had to be the smallest drumsticks I've ever seen.

We loved eating at the weinstock. but tonight were all our sandwiches simply rough and were burned wobble rings served? at least the manager was understanding and gave a full refund

Very good wings. mediocre tacos, but still quite good. beautiful atmosphere, in any case one of the better places to in ic for the type of food they serve.

What can I say about the original Vine that hasn't been said before? We visited on a cool rainy day. The temperature inside the bar was fairly cold.We got the tavern Philly special and some wings. The food was amazing. We got some domestic beer on tap that was clearly in need of a line cleaning. The glassware was also a bit dirty. They need to put a bit more effort into cleaning the place up, but the good is great.ETA: Replying to the Owner: we had Coors Lite drafts. Thanks for the response.
