Very greasy, I mean, my burger had cooled white fat scrap in the styrofoam where he arrived. It doesn't seem that they are seasoning the burgers. I really think that if they had hurled the burger easily, it would have been better. so said the burger was that old fashion taste they were looking for, very quality in meat, the burger was huge. very freshly made to order fries was nothing to boast. I feel good to blow the fat out of the meat a little, because it somehow shut me down. burger is big, but beats seem tiny compared to the big Burger-Patty. I can only say it's not bad, only wished that they have seasoned the burgerpatty. it is a solid 4th but due to the lack of spice and the lack of strikes in relation to burgerpatty I give him a 3 out of 5. I will eat there again.
I used google to find a place to eat while in the city for business. this place was one of the highest rated, and a few commentaries said they had amazing tweeper rings, so I decided to come, it was not disappointed the menu is on the wall, and there are no descriptions, so outside the standard (burger, cheeseburger, etc. the other items are up to guess what they are (or I think they could ask me, but that is not fun) I would try the sandwich was a fried chicken breast with a piece of white cheese at the top, and then on the lower bungalow was a red sauce, a yellow sauce (can be sweet and jalapeños. I'm still not 100.% what I ate, but it was delicious. it was as described slightly sweet, slightly spicy, and very tasty. the twill rings were also described as others, some of the best I ever had. the corn nuggets were only deep roasted mais, but it was amazingly delicious. I was very happy how good everything was. after a sign on the serviette holder, this place has been here since 1955. a man and a woman are the only contributors (man and woman I appreciate) it is a sweet little disc of americana; a tiny restaurant in what could once have been a car. I make it definitiw to go to my place when I am in town
Eating was good, but the guy at the desk seemed a little racist. I didn't greet us at the counter. I said hi and he answered back what would they like to order got crazy from what ground and tore the first order sheet out and said, first burger I really don't believe he favored brown skinned individuals. my man was so in his feelings after he left this place. we spent our money here. I don't blame everything on racism, I just call it as I see it. However, I work with many special needs individual and they have great maniacs and I am sure you don't get many brown faces, so I understand your excuses completely. another note: if he is this special needs that he cannot welcome all the same, they should make it a point to keep him in the back of the house. After 25 years he should be a brilliant greeting. they should have just apologized for the experience and left it with this mr. owner! the burgers were fantastic?
Burgers fit for kings! This nostalgic location was easy to find if you use your eyes and don't wait for GPS to tell you when to turn. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the counter guy politely gave us recommendations based on local favorites. I didn't wait for him to stop describing the sweet and sour burger before strongly requesting that for my meal. I took a gamble I did not regret by choosing onion rings as my side. I have never had onion rings as good as these. It was obvious they made from Saturn's rings or some other celestial object and sprinkled with stardust, not bland frozen frozen pucks that set Gordon Ramsay into orbit. It was a stellar dining experience unparalleled to the fast food and overmarketed city fare. Whataburger move over...there is a better burger here.
