Tim Hortons - Invermere

I was last week in invermere tim horton and while I wait there to pay for my purchase, a woman comes in and circumvents the hire of people go to a counter where no one works even next to that I stand, and interrupts the person that serves me so that she can get 3 water and a juice. instead of the server that tells the person who has to connect them. she stops serving me and serves the rude woman who didn't want to wait in the line. I had left my transaction, was to type and pay. Instead I had to wait while the server went and got the 3 water and the juice. When I gave the woman a dirty look, she told me not to bring my pants into a knot that I get my food when she was done.

This is a high traffic situation and through them all staff are very friendly and try to move. I cannot say enough to the character and consideration of the personal, since I accidentally left my handbag behind a visit and then continue to drive to canmore before I realized my fault. when we called the manager albert, I was quick to know that one of his employees had realized that he was left behind and that he was safely stored. to the happiness came albert this afternoon to canmore, so our trip was only delayed a little. I am albert and so grateful to his fellow workers that I have helped this traveling!

Finished with this place, every time I go here, I leave dissapointed. they do not know how often people have to complain about their packings before they actually do something about it. but they are constantly not filled and the hashbrowns taste freeze cabinet burned.

The first time at tim hortons. the coffee and the donuts were great and much cheaper than I expected. the place was busy.

I ordered crave roast beef, sausage farmers wrap and peppermint tea black but they hand it to me no sleeves as the tea cup is very hot! And never ask points card instead she just hand it the payment machine, first impression in this restaurant not good! Bad service!
